Woodward West is fulfilling a need for new residential and retail opportunities in Midtown while bridging the connection between Midtown and Downtown.

The Platform and Queen Lillian LLC are partnering in the new construction of Woodward West, a development offering 204 residential units and 24,800 square feet of retail space on a 1.6-acre parcel just north of Detroit’s sports and entertainment district. Midtown is bordered by M-10 to the west, I-75 to the south and east, and I-94 to the north.

Midtown is home to many nationally recognized institutions, retailers and restaurants, including Wayne State University, Detroit Medical Center, Detroit Symphony Orchestra, Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History, Detroit Institute of Arts, Shinola, Third Man Records, Avalon International Breads, Motor City Brewing Works, and Selden Standard.
